Captain Dean Coris was born and raised in the Hudson Valley and has more than 45 years of experience fishing Striped Bass on the Hudson River and Atlantic waters. Initially what was a passionate past time became a small second business in 2007. He and his family were the owners of the renowned Dutchess Manor Caterers for more than 7 decades and, subsequently, only fished a limited amount of time each season during those early years. After selling his business and home in 2020, Dean relocated to the east coast of Florida for the winter months and now will be devoting all of his time to spring Striped Bass charters on the Hudson in April and May.
